Costs Involved?

The applicant is responsible to pay for the following costs where applicable:

  • Application, examination and inspection fees;
  • On-site and off-site servicing costs;
  • Development Cost Charges;
  • Current Assessed Taxes;
  • Land Surveyor, Consultant, Engineering Fees etc;
  • Any fees required by other utility companies or agencies;
  • Letter of Credit, Term Deposit or Negotiable Bond. Cash or certified cheque are acceptable;
  • Maintenance Bond of 5% of total value of work completed must be provided for one (1) year from final approval date or completed construction, whichever comes last.
