• When winter weather cooperates, volunteers from the Peachland Fire Brigade flood the sports box allowing for outdoor skating.

NOTE: This park area was owned by the School District but developed, maintained and used by the District of Peachland and residents.

Update: Dec 2011- A Letter of Understanding has been signed allowing the District of Peachland to use and occupy Turner Park for recreational use by individuals and groups recognized under the District's Recreation Policy.

Update: Nov 2006 - the School District finalized the sale of this property to a private group. A corner of the property will be retained as a ball diamond for the use of Peachlanders. At Oct 2008 the Sports Box, playground and washrooms have not yet been removed.
