NOTE: This park area was owned by the School District but developed, maintained and used by the District of Peachland and residents.

Nov 1, 2006 the School District finalized the sale of this property to a private group. A corner of the property will be retained as a ball diamond for the use of Peachlanders. At Oct 2008 the Sports Box, playground and washrooms have not yet been removed.
