Our mission is to provide the taxpayers of Peachland with the best possible service at affordable costs and to keep all Peachlanders apprised of Municipal affairs.

Keith retired from a lengthy career with the City of Toronto as Director of Human Resources and Director of Organizational Planning. He has wide management and management consulting experience in the public sector, including with the Bermuda Government, with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), and with the Greater London Council.

Keith is married to Olive, a former psychiatric nurse, who currently co-ordinates the Seniors Outreach program at the Peachland Wellness Centre. Keith and Olive immigrated to Canada in 1977 and have lived in Peachland for the past twelve years. They have three children two of whom live in the Okanagan Valley.

Keith was elected Mayor of Peachland in 2008 and again in 2011. Prior to that, he was President of the Peachland Wellness Centre, and Chair of the Seniors Housing Steering Committee.
