100 km Relay Registration and Information Form

A multi-sport, multi-challenge event made up of 20 km bike, 5 km run, repeated 4x (or 4 sets). Individual means one person does all 4 sets. Two people on a team, alternating sets (20 km bike, 5 km run). On a four member team, each member does one set. An 8 member team consists of each segment being done by one person: Member 1 cycles, Member 2 runs, Member 3 cycles, Member 4 runs, etc. The 8 member team allows for a walker to be part of the team.

ABOUT THE ROUTE
20 km bike, 5 km run, repeated 4x. REGISTER

Fee $60 per person regardless of the size of the team. All participants to receive race item: centennial water bottle, lanyard and tshirt. Prizes will be awarded. Register in advance at the Recreation Office.
