Help your child develop a healthy lifestyle through swimming. Your child will learn to swim and stay sage in a fun environment that promotes a personal best and celebrates individual success. our small class sizes in the beautiful Okanagan Lake make it an unique swim experience. Classes may be re-organized to ensure that children are participating at the most appropriate skill level.

In the beginner livels, children will focus on getting comfortable in the water, water safety and will learn progressions that will lead to stroke development in the higher levels. As the children progress, they will learn other competitive and survival strokes while building their distance and speed. Children will also learn about making safe decisions in, on and around the water.

In each level, participants are evaluated based on performance criteria and progress to the next level once all criteria have been successfully completed.

A variety of courses will be available to assist youth in becoming a lifeguard.
