WORLD OF WHEELS CAR SHOW THIS SUNDAY

Peachland, B.C. – Peachland’s 24th Annual World of Wheels Car Show is this Sunday, May 21 in Peachland.

The event runs from 11 am to 4 pm and is expected to have over 550 vehicles on display. World of Wheels runs rain or shine, stretching along Beach Avenue from 1st Street to 6th Street. The event also features live music, a pin-up girl contest and food trucks.

Parking and event shuttle is available from Clement Crescent. There is no vehicle access between 1st and 6th streets during the event.

There is very little space for parking in this area but parking is available at or near the Peachland Mall and a free shuttle to the show area will run between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. There is also parking available at Doggy Beach, along Highway 97 and on Beach Avenue from 8th Street all along the rest of Beach Avenue and surrounding streets. Please note, illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense. All Safe traffic control will be on-site for the duration and local traffic will be directed accordingly.
