Council's Strategic Plan

At its meeting on May 16, 2023, Council approved its Strategic Plan. The plan is set for this term of Council, 2022-2026 and identifies five focus areas:

• Fiscal Responsibility
• Vibrant Downtown
• Infrastructure Improvements
• Good Governance
• Increase Housing Choice

Actionable items have been applied to each focus area and timelines will be applied. Council will be provided with status updates throughout the year on progress made to meet the identified goals.
