NOTICE OF LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION

Food Primary License Application for 5830 Beach Avenue

The District of Peachland has received an application for a Food Primary License for the Porto’ Peach restaurant located at 5830 Beach Avenue. Building occupancy is for 74 persons and hours of liquor service is between 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. every day.

This application is scheduled for Council consideration at their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on July 11, 2023 in Municipal Council Chambers at 4450 – 6th Street, Peachland, B.C.

Council will only consider written submissions. Submissions must be received no later than 4:00 pm on July 11, 2023 and may be mailed or delivered to the District Corporate Officer at 5806 Beach Avenue, Peachland, B.C., V0H 1X7 or emailed to corporateservices@peachland.ca. Although welcome to attend or observe via the webcast, members of the public are not permitted to address Council at the meeting.
