2025 BUDGET

The District of Peachland Council adopts a five-year Financial Plan every year that sets priorities and allocates funding to both Capital and Operational budgets. The Financial Plan must be approved by May 12th of each year.

Council began its 2025 budget deliberations on December 3, 2024. A tax increase of 6.65% is proposed, or approximately $111 on an average assessed home.

2024 Budget

Peachland District Council adopted the 2024 Financial Plan and 2024 Tax Rates Bylaws at its meeting May 7, 2024 with a 7.74 per cent tax increase. District taxes are only one portion of a property tax bill, which also includes other levies the District collects on behalf of the Province, the Regional District of Central Okanagan, and BC Assessment Authority.
