Water Meter Replacement Program Begins

The District has begun a water meter replacement program and some Peachland residents can expect to get a knock on the door by representatives from Total Plumbing and Heating.

Initially, we're focused on the Downtown and Ponderosa areas. Representatives will be driving marked vehicles and have District identification tags. Water meter replacements are typically quick, taking between 15-30 minutes per visit.

There is no cost to the homeowner to replace the water meter. Meters, first installed in 2005, are at the end of their 20-year lifespan and many are starting to fail.

If you have any questions, please contact the Operations Department at (250) 767-2108 or email operations@peachland.ca.
