Winter Holiday Closure

Winter Holiday Closure Information

Peachland, B.C. – Peachland Municipal Hall, 5806 Beach Avenue, will be closed for the holiday season beginning Wednesday, December 25, with normal operations resuming on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Emergency and essential services will remain in operation during the closure.

Residents can access District of Peachland information and online services by visiting www.peachland.ca.

Police and fire services will remain in operation during the closure, as will essential services including snow removal and water and sewer services. For urgent road, water, sewer or parks matters, please contact 888-804-0666.

The Peachland Community Centre will be closed December 25 and 26, 2024 and January 1, 2025. It will open during the Christmas break for Pickleball Drop-in at the following times:

December 23, 24, 27, 30, 31 and January 2 and 3.

  • 9 to 11 am: Level 1.0 to 2.5
  • 11:30 am to 1:30 pm: Level 2.5 to 3.5
  • 2 to 4 pm: Level 3.75+

Regular hours resume on Sunday, January 5, 2025.

The Regional District of Central Okanagan advises that there will be no collection on Wednesday, December 25, or Wednesday, January 1. Curbside pick-up moves ahead one day, for those with Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday collection, during the last week of December and the first week of January.
