Planning Application Forms
Pre-application meetings are REQUIRED before you start your project to find out exactly what you need to submit your application.
An appointment MUST be scheduled to discuss the project. The appointment can be a simple phone call, a zoom meeting, or in-person if required. This is to provide you with a list of documents that will be required to submit a COMPLETE application. Incomplete applications WILL NOT BE accepted. Your application will be returned to you to gather the missing information and resubmit.
Incomplete applications experience delays in processing.
NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
