2022 Financial Plan
The District of Peachland Council adopts a Financial Plan every year that sets priorities and allocates funding to both Capital and Operational budgets. The Financial Plan must be approved by May 12th of each year.
Peachland District Council will consider the Financial Plan and associated Tax bylaws at the May 10th Regular Council meeting.
A proposed 2.27 per cent increase translates to an additional $33 per year, or $2.75 a month, for the District portion on an average residential property tax bill in Peachland. District taxes are only one portion of a property tax bill, which also includes other levies the District collects on behalf of the Province, the Regional District of Central Okanagan, and BC Assessment Authority.
