In 2019, Council directed staff to establish a regulatory framework for cannabis in Peachland. Two reports were presented to Council providing information on how cannabis regulations were developed in other municipalities within the Okanagan, and key decision points for Council to consider to guide the development of regulations in Peachland. Peachland's Cannabis regulatory framework was approved by Council in 2020.
