PEACHLAND AUXILIARY TO KELOWNA GENERAL HOSPITAL

The Peachland Auxiliary to Kelowna General Hospital was formed in 1976 for the purpose of raising funds for the hospital. Since that time over $115,000 through has been donated to the KGH Foundation for purchase of equipment, furnishing of particular rooms and towards the establishment of a free standing hospice facility.

Our only method of fund raising is through catering. We cater to any type of gathering such as teas for funeral memorials, birthday parties, weddings, large banquets, home barbecues or whatever the client wishes. We are a small group but we seem to get the big jobs done and thoroughly enjoy ourselves and each other in the process. We are always looking for new members as many of our members go away in the winter. Membership is not limited to ladies – we have two male members (husbands) who help out when needed.
