Online Application Portal
Welcome to the Online Portal for building permit application submissions. The goal of this Online Portal is to provide better and faster service for issuing building permits. It is a more convenient way for you to submit your application, and, by ensuring that submissions are complete and contain ALL required documents at the beginning, our staff can efficiently review applications and get permits out the door faster. If all of the required documents are not included, the application may be rejected or delayed.
Take note of the following:
- 1. Sign up as a registered user with your email address and create a password. If you have not signed up, you will not be able to use the portal.
- 2. Have all of your contact, contractor, property, and project details ready for input into the appropriate fields.
- 3. Have all of your documents ready to upload in .pdf format
- 4. You will be able to save your app and continue at a later time if you need to.
When the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation of receipt email along with instructions on how to pay the application fees. When payment is received, your application will be entered into the queue for processing. You may be contacted by the Building Department for additional information as the detailed review begins.
