The Tourism & Economic Development Committee (TEDC) is an Advisory Committee to Council, as well as a tourism and economic development Task Force. It was noted that there were significant overlap of the goals of the Economic Development Committee and the Tourism Promotion Committee. Council, at the May 12, 2020 Regular Council meeting disbanded the two separate committees and moved to establish a more efficient Tourism & Economic Development Committee.
