News

Peachland, B.C. – The 2025 Property Tax Notices have now been mailed to all Peachland property owners. If you have not received your tax notice by mid-June, please call the District office at 250-767-2647.

To avoid a late charge of 10%, payment must be received by the District on or before July 2, 2025With Canada Post continuing negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, a labour disruption is possible. Provincial law does not allow municipalities to reverse late payment penalties and a disruption in the postal service is not a valid reason for late payments. You can register your Property Tax Account online and access your account information, including your notice, at any time.

CLAIM YOUR HOME OWNER GRANT

Remember to claim your 2025 Home Owner Grant by July 2, 2025 to avoid late penalties. Visit www.gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant or call toll free 1-866-355-2700. The Province will forward all claim information to the District, so no need to follow up after applying.
