Zoning Amendment Bylaw Z26-01
Updates to the Zoning Bylaw will be presented to Council for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Readings at the April 14th regular Council Meeting. These updates are required to improve clarity and consistency from the previous Zoning Bylaw update as a result of changes that came out of Bill 44 related to small-scale multi-unit housing (SSMUH).
