Development Cost Charges Workshop
Council provided input in the third workshop on the update to the District’s Development Cost Charge (DCC) and Amenity Cost Charge (ACC) Bylaw. The project will update the bylaw to ensure the District’s development finance tools effectively and sustainably fund essential amenities needed to support growth. The next steps involve public engagement on the proposed changes to the bylaw including website information and active consultation with stakeholders including the development community before presenting the results of the consultation to Council.
