OUR PEACHLAND Open House and Barbecue
Wednesday, June 10 from 4 to 7 pm
at the Peachland Community Centre, 4450 6th Street
Mayor Van Minsel will provide a special
Mayor’s Address at 5:30 pm.
Outside, enjoy FREE hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, drinks and treats lovingly prepared by the Peachland Lions Club. You’ll have music for your picnic under our shady tents while the kids play in the bouncy castles. Enjoy the fire truck on display and the paint-the-plow booth where you can help decorate our plow for next winter.
Join us inside the gymnasium and let Council know your thoughts on issues facing Peachland today. You will see displays from every District department with our current projects and experts available to answer your questions. Many of our Regional Partners are joining us again this year. Visit with WildSafeBC, the Peachland Branch of the Okanagan Regional Library and the Regional District of Central Okanagan program coordinators from Dog Control, Crime Prevention, Waste Reduction and more!
In other areas of the hall you can connect with Peachland and area community groups to learn all that they have to offer including potential volunteer opportunities.
