HOW TO REGISTER: (If already registered for online access proceed to PROPERTY TAX ACCOUNT instructions below to re-link your property tax account to sign up for emailed tax notices)

• Click on the “On-line Services Portal” link at bottom of page.
• Click on Register button near the upper right hand corner.
• Once all fields are entered click on 'Register' button.

LINK ACCOUNTS TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION

PROPERTY TAX ACCOUNT:
You will need your roll number & access code from upper right hand side of your most recent property tax notice.

• Click on display name near top right hand corner.
• Under “Need to Add an Account” select “PT-Property Taxes from Account Type”.
• Enter your roll number with the decimal (318 is already entered) & access code from your property tax notice.
• NEW ~ If you wish to receive email notification that your property tax notice is ready click the please notify me box. Choose the option of viewing your property tax notice online OR having a PDF copy of property tax notice emailed. Email address defaults to email used to register your account.
• Click save. An email confirmation will be sent to registered user. (add multiple property tax accounts by selecting “PT-Property Taxes” from “Account Type”; enter next property tax roll number and access code)
• To view your property tax account details place cursor over online services and click on property taxes.

For address changes with BC Assessment BC Assessment Change of Address Form

UTILITY ACCOUNT:
You will need your account number & access code from your most recent utility bill.

• Click on display name near top right hand corner.
• Under “Need to Add an Account” select “UB-Utility Billing” from Account Type”.
• Enter your account number & access code.
• Click save.
• To view your utility account details place cursor over online services and click on water & sewer.
