Fitness Room

The Fitness Room contains cardio equipment, universal cable machine, 3 benches, dumbbells, pull-up bar, squat rack & bars, kettlebells, plyo boxes and medicine balls. Please come down to the Community Centre and one of our staff will be happy to give you a tour!

Please help us keep the fitness room floors tidy by bringing clean, indoor shoes to wear while working out. Please do not wear boots or outdoor shoes while working out.

The Fitness Room is for paid members only. If you are a member please do not bring guests.

EQUIPMENT SANITIZATION
Custodial staff do a full sanitization of the fitness room and equipment after each day. Fitness participants must sanitize their equipment before and after use using the provided spray and paper towel.

HAND HYGIENE
All participants are required to wash their hands with soap and water or use the provided hand sanitizer before entering the fitness room. Hand sanitizer is provided in the Fitness Room for use during your workout.
