District of Peachland staff will be conducting its biannual clean-up of the Peachland Cemetery during the week beginning Monday, December 1, removing items that have been placed on or around memorial markers.
Items that are not part of an official monument will be placed next to the maintenance building on the grounds for owners to collect if they wish, or place them back on the memorial marker after the clean-up is complete.
Clean-up of the cemetery is conducted in the fall and spring to help ensure it remains a beautiful, safe and clean space for visitors.
