Peachland, B.C. – If you missed the July 2 deadline, Peachland property owners are urged to pay outstanding taxes, including arrears and delinquent taxes.
The Local Government Act directs that properties with delinquent taxes, unpaid 2023 taxes, are eligible to be sold at tax sale on Monday, September 29, 2025. All delinquent taxes plus penalties and interest must be fully paid to avoid being sold at tax sale.
