Coldham Road will be closed from Desert Pines Avenue to Trepanier Bench Road between 8am Monday, July 13 and Saturday, July 18 for paving. The road will be fully open to the public by end of day Sunday, July 19 or earlier.

This project is developer-funded, completing $1 million in infrastructure improvements along Coldham Road as part of a new 5-lot subdivision project at 5371 Coldham Road. Upgrades will enhance safety, accessibility, and long-term service reliability in the area, and include:
- New sidewalks along the property frontage
- Installation of streetlights
- Watermain extension and installation of additional hydrants
- Storm water infrastructure extensions
- Road restoration
