As of 6 pm tonight, all Peachlanders can begin returning home. Central Okanagan Emergency Operations has rescinded the Evacuation Orders in Peachland. Alerts remain in areas of the community. Residents should continue to be cautious as the Bald Range Wildfire is still active. Highway 97 between Penticton and Peachland will be closed tonight at 7 pm, reopening on Saturday, August 15 at 7 am.
