Peachland property taxes are due Thursday, July 2, 2026 by 4 pm. Don’t risk a penalty; claim your Home Owner Grant and get your payment by the deadline. Don’t forget Wednesday, July 1 is Canada Day, a statutory holiday, and the District of Peachland offices will be closed.

If you have not received your 2026 Property Tax Notice, please contact the Finance Department at 250-767-2647 or email finance@peachland.ca.

To claim your Home Owner Grant visit gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant or call toll free 1-888-355-2700. Once your application is complete, record your confirmation number. The Province will forward all claim information to the District so no need to follow up after applying.

To avoid a late penalty charge of 10%, payment must be received by the District.  This is a statutory penalty and cannot be waived. The Home Owner Grant must be claimed by July 2, 2026 to avoid the penalty.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In-Person

In-person payments can be made by cheque, cash, money order or debit between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, at the District of Peachland Municipal Office located at 5806 Beach Avenue.

Drop Box

You can drop your non-cash payment in our drop box located to the right of the main entrance door.

Online

Payments can be made online through most financial institutions. If paying at a participating bank, please check cutoff times to avoid penalty. Banks typically require up to 5 days to process payments. Bank stamps are not accepted as proof of payment date. Add the District of Peachland (Taxes) as a payee. The account number for online banking is the last eight digits of the Roll Number printed on your tax notice at the top right corner (do not include any dots or spaces).
